  1. Thank you for your post, Doretta. I agree that passion is not passive. I think when you have a passion for something, you are a go-getter. You are not content with letting things just happen as they may. You want to go out and make a difference with your passion. That's kind of how I identified my passion for early childhood. I wasn't happy just sitting back and watching others influence young children....I wanted to do it myself!
