Working in group can some times be very difficult. You have so many different personalities that you have to keep in consideration while trying to develop comment solution. Although when the chemistry is formed a work group can be like a second family. High performing groups can be the hardest because of the level of involvement. High performing groups usually travel, eat together , even go over each others house to achieve the goal of the project. When that happens relationships are formed and a person began to see there class mate or group mate as a freind.
Groups with the clearest established norms can be argued? A group with a goal to a vision in my opinion establish norms. If that really is that case then all groups in a way establish norms. I have always got alone with any group that I have participated in making it hard to leave or say good bye. Once its clear that everyone is working together, bonds starts to formulate among many members of the group. Chemistry is always formed as I state again friends are made that's why its hard to say goodbye. After the goal is achieved closing rituals usually consist of a goodbye celebration. Simple gifts are exchanged, hugs and the statements of good luck are spoke to one another just in case we never saw each other again. Adjourning from the group of mastering students would be nice if we all could get together and have our party and exchange our words of good luck. Adjourning is not not the essential stage of teamwork it is team work. If team work is not done then the objective was never complete and the people that where in the group that eventually left didn't adjourning they gave up. So to successful adjourn you first have to have something to adjourn from.
