Patience is something that I think is study by everyone everyday. Going to work stopping at a red light, standing in line for gas on a tired day, trying to pay your Comcast bill all are everyday things that us as individuals goes threw everyday commendation is exercised with a great deal patience to handle each issue. I get frustrated a lot of times if I am in a hurry and someone for whatever reason is holding me behind. I have stop and understand that they have there own world and concerns that they are dealing with as well. I try to communicate a friendlily if I make contact with anyone because my stress is no one else concerns.
Body Language can really make a difference to how a person perceives you. Imagine saying say yes but nodding your head no or tell someone I love you but have a stern mean look on your face the gesture wouldn't be interpreted the same. Usually whats on my mind bleeds threw with my actions. I have learn not to let me thoughts be seen because you never know the outcome of the situation at hand.
Imagine if know one helped the president with the delivery of a speech. Or your favorite athletic was never coached. Perhaps if feed back didn't exist there would be no Michael Jordan's or perfected State of the union address's. Feedback is hard it was something that I had to really get use to. Its hard to hear the things that you are not good at but maturity is hearing what you need to improve and perfecting what once was a weakness.
